Product: Hp pavilion 15 ec1xxx series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I recently purchased a new hp pavilion gaming laptop but after setting it up and using it slightly it was way slower than my old one and was comparable to i3 laptop after changing a few settings I found that changing the refresh rate to 60hz fixed the problem, I would like to know if I can keep using the screen in 144hz mode while gaming or normal usage
