Laptop not turning on, nor charging. SD light is off but power light is dim

Hi can someone pls help me? My laptop is the type of laptop that it's battery cant be removed. It's showing no sign of charging ( eg. No light). SD card light not on but power light is on but very dim. Charger still new and my outlet works for other laptops. Used it yesterday morning but it suddenly froze and made a buzzing sound on the earphones. I thought it was normal so I just force shut down and it won't turn on again.
