Laptop not turning on

My Hp victus is not turning on. It was fine yesterday today it just won't turn on. It is fully charged (when the charger is plugged white light comes) and the power button when pressed light comes on for like 2 or 3 seconds then it goes. I have tried the press power button for 10 seconds wait for another 10 and then normal switch it on. It is not working. Also tried connecting to an external monitor nothing  there as well . What should i do
