I have a HO Omen Gaming laptop

AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS AI Powered, 8 GB RTX 4060 GPU, 140W TGP, 16GB DDR5, 1TB SSD

All of a sudden my laptop stopped working and is now not getting powered on.

I have checked for solutions and tried them all but none of worked.

How do I contact support so that they can check the device and repair it?

Hi @SagarAwasthi,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Power Supply and Adapter:

  • Ensure the power adapter is plugged in securely and the outlet is functional.
  • Check that the adapter and cable are not damaged. If possible, try using another compatible charger.

Battery Issues:

  • If the battery was previously low, it could take a while before the laptop powers on. Let it charge for a sufficient period.
  • Remove the battery (if removable) and try powering the laptop with the adapter alone.

Hardware Checks

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Disconnect all external devices (USB drives, printers, etc.).
  • Unplug the power adapter and remove the battery (if applicable).
  • Hold down the power button for about 15 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power adapter and try turning on the laptop again.

Check for Indicator Lights:

  • Observe any blinking or steady lights on the power button, keyboard, or sides of the laptop which may indicate error codes.

Advanced Checks

Inspect RAM and SSD:

  • If comfortable, open the back panel to ensure RAM and SSD are seated correctly. Loose connections might cause power issues.

Cooling System:

  • Although not typically a cause for power failure, check for any overheating signs which might cause protective shutdowns.

I hope this helps.

I have seen these solutions online and tried everything. My laptop got overheat before power off. I tried reaching out to the agent if they could visit and check, however, they put my call on hold and did not even call back.

Please send someone to check or collect the laptop. I need to get it repaired ASAP.
