Product: Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A7AV)

HELP! My HP Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa0032dx has a blank screen and nothing else. The caps lock is blinking 5 long times and 3 short times. From what I've read, its a critical system failure and I've tried all the suggestions. The components don't seem damaged and my laptop is not that old. What should I do now?
