why is my laptop very stuttering and running on high CPU usage all the time, its very inconvenience while gaming or even browsing

(1) Run    msinfo32

(2) Start Windows <device manager>

- Expand <Display adapters>

- Expand <Network adapters>

(4) Let BIOS be installed until it's completely done !

it's still stuttering and sometimes the cpu usage peak at 100% 😕 but its okay, thankyou for your help. i will just bring it to the service center
