Product: OMEN by HP - 17-an033ng
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Four days ago, my Laptop (OMEN 17 an033ng) suddenly turned off with no warnings. I was sure, it had something to do with my defect battery as everytime I started my computer, it gave me a warning about my defect battery. I screwed the back open to replace my old with a new battery, screwed it back and tried starting it. My laptop showed no reaction while my charging cable was plugged in. So I waited patiently while it was plugged for four hours. Nothing new happened. I noticed that the charging light was off too. Now I'm left with a laptop that does not start.
