Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So this happend a couple of weeks ago. I got a BIOS update and after that whenever i play a game after some time the pc turns off and i have to turn it back on again. I was confused so i used AIDA 64 to test if it was a over heating prablem but it wasnt as during the GPU stress test it turned off at only 72 degrees. So i reverted my BIOS but the problem still happens. This pc is new too as i had it only for a month. It has a gtx 1060 nd Ryzen 5 3550H, which is enough to play the games I play. And for additional info the BIOS version is F.08. All my drivers are up to date too.

Please Help Me.

Any help is appriciated.

Instead, verify the fan on the side or bottom of the laptop is working and blowing out hot air. ... An overheating power supply, due to a malfunctioning fan, can cause a computer to shut off unexpectedly. Continuing to use the faulty power supply can result in damage to the computer and should be replaced immediately.
