Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 15-dk1378ng

My Laptop does not Boot anymore. I brought it to a repair Service.

The Laptop Does Not get enough Power From the ac adapter.

The ac Adapter ist Not Broke, they Tested it.

they dont even know what Could have happened. There is not enough Power Comming to the mainboard, but  on Other notebooks the ac Adapter Works Normally. So they Said it Must be something on the mainboard, but they dont know what. I allready tried to contact hp with the phonenumber and whatsapp (German messeging Tool) but on response yet.

does anybody knows what could have happened Or how to contact HP?
