Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Will not turn on at all, happened after not use for about 1 month with a new battery(about 6 months old)

Can a bad(dead) battery stop this laptop from turning on?

No power light with battery in or out and power supply in

Purchased a new power supply but not turning on at all
