Hey everyone, let me explain my situation:

I was changing OS from Ubuntu 24.04 to Arch Linux. And I got the problem when I tried to boot up from USB in Boot Manager - "selected boot image did not authenticate". I tried boot up into BIOS, but BIOS is so laggy, that I need wait 30-40 seconds to process one move. So, I turned off the laptop by pressing to start button.

Next time when I started up the laptop, I just got black screen, nothing more. What I should do now?
