HP Recommended

0B1FFFF3-696F-488A-9B4E-BA307C5D6300.jpegWhenever I shut down, it immediately just turns on back to the password log in and when I log in again, this comes up. My laptop won’t complete shut down, and I’m not sure what else to do. I can’t find this problem anywhere, or at least I’m not sure how to phrase it to make it make any sense. Any help would be appreciated. I don’t know if I should take it someplace or what.
