My omen 15 gaming laptop turned off while I was playing a game don’t know why and won’t show any lights

Hi,

When you attach the ac adapter does the charging light come on?

Try performing a hard reset

No the charging light doesn’t come on and I don’t want to take a back off and brake something inside do you recommend sending it away to get looked at ?
