Product: HP Omen
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a HP Omen laptop in 2016 with HP pre-installed Windows 8 or 10. If it was 8, then it was automatically free upgraded to Windows 10. For the past 2 weeks, I am getting the message "Your Windows license will expire soon" message. Any idea?

Hi,

Try contacting Microsoft via chat, you will start with Virtual Agent until you will get the chance to chat with real person and they will most likely be able to activate the OS for you.
