Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I brought a hp pavillion gaming laptop 3 years before we used only thrice in a month we didn't use more, but now when I started to use i saw some horizontal lines started coming  from my task bar suddenly it started to increase day to day it covered my whole task bar and it was not visible so i went to hp showroom and ask him ,he told to change the display so i did it cost me around 8000 but after changing the display he is telling the lines came because ur laptop hinge was tight if he had told before it self I wouldn't have change new display because some how it is going to affect my new display don't know what to do
