Hello I have a omen gaming laptop and has black lines on left side of the screen how can I fix this please help me?

Based on your screenshot, your screen image is either too wide or skewed to the left.  You need to go into the On Screen Menu and change the size of the image to fit the screen and/or move the image to the right.
