Product: HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk10000 Laptop PC (8VD47AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I just got my HP Pavilion 15 Dk1005nc today, and everything is fine except the refresh rate! It is clearly advertised and stated numerously that the Hz on this product is 144Hz (Specifications: https://support.hp.com/th-en/document/c06703609?docNotFound=true) in the display settings it only lets me choose between 60 and 30Hz. In the display properties it only lets me choose between 60 and 40Hz. What is the issue and how can I fix it?
