OMEN by HP - 15-dc0030nr

Trying to update bios and forgot the password. I had it set up a few years ago. Having a issue with black screen while the laptop is still running. Graphic drivers are up to date and I have also tried reinstalling them, but problem still persist. It may be caused by all bios.
