Hi @Hellcat22334,

I'd like to help!

Try the below suggestions-

Use HP Support Assistant

Use HP Support Assistant to troubleshoot the performance issue.

  1. In Windows, search for and open HP Support Assistant.

If the app is not installed on your computer, download the latest version from the HP Support Assistant website.

  2. On the My devices tab, find your computer, click Troubleshooting and fixes, and then click Performance Tune-up check.

  3. also try updating other drivers on your PC using HP support assistant.

Update the BIOS

The computer BIOS might be out-of-date. Check for a BIOS update from HP.

   CAUTION:

Make sure you install the BIOS update for your specific computer model. Installing the wrong update can result in losing all computer functionality.

  1. Go to HP Software and Drivers Downloads, and then navigate to the product page for your computer.

  2. Locate BIOS in the list.

    • If the option is not available, the BIOS is up-to-date.

    • If the option is available, click BIOS, and then click Download next to the update. Follow the on-screen prompts, and then restart the computer. For more information, go to Updating the BIOS (Basic Input Output System).

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
