Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598U8AV)

Hi, i have problem with my hp victus 15 with rtx3050. When im playing for example cyberpunk 2077 i got only 15-20 fps even on lowest settings. i tried some possible solutions including power plan, omen gaming hub, i changed settings in nvidia control panel. Laptop is of course plugged in. I updated all drivers.  The gpu wattage usage is lower than in other games.

 

Any ideas why is that?
