So, I've barely owned this laptop for 2 months and am having some crazy thermal throttle issues,

The CPU with default settings constantly overheats. While gaming on average the temps stay at 97C with a cooling pad, to bypass this I undervolted the CPU (9750h) to -0.125 and Switched off the turbo on the CPU, and that seemed to fix the issue. but then The Graphics card (RTX 2060) started overheating. On playing COD Warzone or similar titles with all low settings, the GPU temperatures keep exceeding the safe 88C mark and thermal throttles and the frames drop. Please help me find a fix!!!

I've literally tried everything I can think of. Found many people with similar issues. I really hope there is a workaround.
