HP only provides manual for older 17-ck0000 model series, which supports up to 32 GB memory (2x16 GB) DDR4 3200.

Maintenance and Service Guide

 

Your model has an Intel Core 12th gen processor and may support more than 32 GB.  You can click this link and find max RAM capacity your model can handle.
