Sorry the cloud recovery tool isn't working for you.

I wouldn't be able to help you get it to work.

I would use the media creation tool and let it automatically create the bootable USB installation flash drive.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

You don't need Rufus to do it.

Memory...the memory I posted from Crucial is supposed to be compatible with your notebook's model series.

https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-omen-15-%28models-15-dc1000---dc1999%2...

I couldn't say if the Transcend memory you posted would work or not and it is $30 more than the Crucial memory is.

Hi:

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.   Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade info.

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06219881

There is no point in installing PC4-3200 memory in your model, because the max speed the Intel 9th gen core processor your notebook has can only run the memory at 2666 Mhz.

Thanks friend, i have see the manual.

I just was want to be sure.

As i have see i can install up to 32GB

But i still don't know which RAM is the best to buy, if you have any suggest i will be happy

I have another problem in Windows installing

I have wrote thw windows on USB by Refus

But it does not booting..

You're very welcome.

If you can get this memory in Israel, I would go with this 32 GB kit...CT2K16G4SFD8266

Are you wanting to clean install W10 for a reason?

Your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable recovery drive that will install W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

And about the memory friend,

I don't think i need 32GB

I have already 16GB, So why need to buy 16×2?

Or there is a reason?

HP Recommended

Nice.

I didn't see it came with 1 x 16 GB already.

Then you should be fine with this single 16 Gb chip...CT16G4SFD8266

Yes, that cloud recovery tool will erase everything, repartition and reformat the drive before reinstalling W10.

But this tool is making recovery for the laptop first and it take maybe up to 1 day to loading etc.

There is no way to install it by this tool without make backup ?

I need to erase everything

HP Recommended

No.

It is not a backup.

It would do the same thing the W10 media creation tool would do, except it will also automatically reinstall the drivers and software that originally came with the PC.

You can create the recovery drive by running the cloud recovery tool on another working Windows PC.

I have tried to do that with this tool

I have been waiting for more than 4 hours, it arrives to 95% and then show me failed and i saved the log

What i can do friend ?

and about the RAM

There is this too :

or the one you have told me is better
