Sorry the cloud recovery tool isn't working for you. 

 

I wouldn't be able to help you get it to work.

 

I would use the media creation tool and let it automatically create the bootable USB installation flash drive.

You don't need Rufus to do it.

 

Memory...the memory I posted from Crucial is supposed to be compatible with your notebook's model series.

I couldn't say if the Transcend memory you posted would work or not and it is $30 more than the Crucial memory is.

I have finally installed it, i wrote it by refus.

But actually a lot of problems, drivers etc.

McAfee 

And all drivers that i need, I have see drivers page a and installed all of them but it keep restarting when i install any driver without anything i don't see it after restart.

 

Also about the RAM bro, 

So my question it's compatible with the second slot ? because the first slot i have 16GB

The memory I posted should work with the original memory in the second slot.

 

HP Jumpstart & McAfee are not available for download. 

 

Those can only be reinstalled with the cloud recovery tool, which didn't work for you.

 

Unfortunately, I would have no idea why you are having trouble installing the drivers.

 

What you have described has never happened to me in my life of installing hundreds of drivers for dozens of different model notebooks and desktop PC's.

See if you can get HP to send you a recovery drive free of charge, since the cloud recovery tool didn't work.

Actually i have called them on the phone (HP Israel)

They eaisly told me that i can alone as i did now etc.

I talked with agent that don't know anything

Cause i tried so much by this virtual chat and writte to transfer me to talk with agent and didn't worked

I really don't know what to say

if i know that will be i wasn't going to buy this laptop or any HP product again ! 

 

I have entered to laptop details and found that my memory slots is 8x2 and i have in 2 slots memory 16GB 8x2

When i bought it was written that it's 16x1, also in HP website written 16x1
