HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1006nf
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone,

I've had an HP Pavilion Gaming PC - 15-ec1006nf for several years (about 4 years). For the past 2-3 years, the PC has randomly experienced microphone cutouts (like a slowdown that lasts 3-4 seconds).

The PC is used with DJ software called rekorbdox, and I initially thought the problem was only related to this application, but the problem actually occurs even when watching videos on YouTube.

I have the impression that the problem wasn't present with Windows 10. And it only reappeared after upgrading to Windows 11. However, after rebooting the PC in Windows 10, the problem was still present.

Do you have any leads for me? The PC has already been formatted several times, the drivers are up to date, and not much has changed since I purchased it (hardware-wise). I only swapped the 2x4GB sticks for 2x8GB sticks for better performance when using Mix's software.

Thanks in advance for your help... because I'm stuck...
