Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I downloaded Voicemod and OBS and since then I have been unable to connect my microphone with Discord. I have troubleshooted all my Input settings on the computer and on Discord. I have also deleted both OBS and Voicemod along with any settings they could have changed, and it still doesn't work. Any help would be deeply. appreciated.
