Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just received my Pavilion laptop and I'm currently downloading games. However, I cannot access the second 1TB hard drive I ordered. I only have about 80GB of usable space, which is certainly not enough for my uses. Any solutions? Or did the seller (Amazon) lie to me about the storage capacity? Thanks in advance for any help!

What EXACTLY is your  HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec0xxx ? For example HP Pavilion - 15-ec0013dx, its specs

The above machine does not have a secondary drive. But please note

 

(a) Not all games allow you to use secondary drive,

(b) You can set secondary drive as DEFAULT for user data/files and downloaded files
