The lap top was performing very good, only the battery wasn't good, and the computer was requesting to replace the battery. After replacing the battery the computer is dead no power. And seems that something went wrong with its mother board. Any advice, or from where i can get another nother board?

Hello @Amr7
Are you sure the motherboard is bad?
Will the PC run with the new battery disconnected?
Also remove the CMOS battery for 10 minutes, then put it back in to reset bios. Worth a try.
HP does not sell motherboards unfortunately. You would have to find a used one on Ebay or such.
Here is the part number if you do...

Actually i removed the new battery and put again the old one, however the same problem is still exists and then totally disconnected any battery still the same. I'll try the advice of the CMOS, and let you know.
For the motherboard descriptions, it will remain the same if my configuration was 16GB RAM and 8GB graphics card?
Thx for your k8nd reply and will let you know the case of the CMOS.

All you can do is see what you can find for a motherboard used for the 5200 series Omen. That board number is the only one I can find.
Check the specs to match yours if you want the same gfx card and ram. It will either come with 8 or 16 GB hard soldered to the board. You will need to match the 960M graphics card on the next board. The 965M requires more power and will need a stronger AC adapter.
Personally, I wouldnt bother with trying to replace the board. Not worth the trouble in most cases and if the new (used) board doesnt work, you will be out the money for it. Put your money towards a newer system.
But thats just my opinion.
