Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop has been handed in at the company (Mediamarkt) where I bought it. They indicate the motherboard is broken. How to deal with this while I bought the product on 30 December 2022?

I understand you have trouble with your HP Victus, and you have given the device to the store, and they diagnosed this as a System board issue, and you are looking for assistance. To check for warranty assistance, please share the details.
