This is a humble request to the HP I have totally lost the trust in this brand my new gamming laptop HP VICTUS 16 with Ryzen 7 CPU and 3050 NVIDIA GeForce graphics card has been issued motherboard issue frequently. It is my 3rd time to change the motherboard first time the motherboard failed due to unknown reason, 2nd time it failed due to the BIOS update and 3rd time when the technician came to my house to change the motherboard the new motherboard is found to be faulty.
Please HP stop this nonsense and see the Issue of this damm motherboard I am really frustrated and too like me many customers. Do a good production of this motherboard or else manufacture a new variant.
