Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there's an issue with the 2 finger scroll.

Don't worry, I'm here to help! To better assist you -

1) Were there any hardware or software changes made?

2) Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before posting here?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps to adjust the Two-Finger Scrolling -

1) Open the ClickPad Settings.

ClickPad settings

2) Two-Finger Scrolling is located under MultiFinger Gestures. If you do not see Two-Finger Scrolling, click the Arrow icon to the left of the MultiFinger Gestures checkbox.
3) Two-Finger Scrolling. If the checkbox next to Two-Finger Scrolling does not contain a check mark, click the checkbox until a check mark displays to enable scrolling.

4) Click the Settings icon to adjust scrolling settings.
5) Click the Close button to return to the properties screen.
6) Click the Apply button to apply your changes, and then select OK to exit the properties screen.

If the issue still persists, try re-installing the drivers -

1) Right click on the start or Windows icon and open the "Device Manager".
2) Expand the "Mice and other pointing devices".
3)
Right click on the "Synaptics TouchPad".
4) Click on uninstall and restart the computer.

Hope this helps!

Let me know how that goes.
