Hello. I'm here because I'm having an issue that is been recent.

 

I've had this laptop since 2020 and it's been 9 months since I sent it in October of 2023 to replace a faulty battery. I haven't had any issue with the laptop however I'm now contending with a situation that I can't seem to solve. Basically my laptop's charging LED light is starting to dim. I recently plugged in the adapter to the adapter port and it went from bright orange to white and finally dim white. I have a video showing this as proof and I'm hoping to get any and all help. There is no warranty on it unfortunately. I do plan to get a post warranty pack for it and if push comes to shove, I will use it so that I can send the laptop to HP Omen support so that way maybe they can find out what is wrong. It's driving me nuts and before that, my laptop's LED light was bright white. Currently I'm using a different laptop and it's LED is also bright white. No issues whatsoever.

 

Thanks for your time. I hope to hear from anyone and everyone. And before anyone asks, the laptop is running fine. No issues whatsoever.
