Product: Hp envy X360 15-aq015nr

I using Hp envy x360  15-aq015nr model when I am charging my laptop after 52% charge my charging indicater light goes white(which means battery is full)

After than it stops charging I don't know whether it is problem with battery or any software issue kindly help me on this

I updated my bios now  it charges to 69% I don't know whats going on kindly help me
