I have been playing on my HP Omen 15-DC0030NR for 3 years now and today while I was plugging a controller into one of the back ports, the computer shut off, I noticed the light indicating that it’s charging was off, I went to tech support at Best Buy to see if it was just my charger or the computer itself, sadly it was the computer itself. The port seems to not be picking up a charge and now the computer is not charging at all, I don’t know what to do anymore or if I could fix it myself
