My Omen-15 PC came broken from authorized HP service. The faulty was on the right fan. However, I communicated with customer services then decided to use it by that way, due to requirement of PC at university, unless a heat fault occurs.  At 09-09-2021 I handed over my  PC to authorized HP service for the second time by two complaints which are dead battery and heat trouble. Eventually, they could not fix my problem during the maximum service period which is 20 workdays in Turkey. Then I asked for a new device. Yet, I am not sure whether they can provide me a new one because a device with my PC's configuration(Omen-15-ek0004nt) is not existing on Turkey's market. As a result, I need immediate solution which the "HP Turkey" responsible for because of the exceeded maintenance period.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 

 

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue, and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now,

 

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest youContact HPin your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I have talked with HP Customer Service in my country and service process is changed. Now I am waiting for refund to buy a new notebook. I have sent the relevant invoice as they asked. I hope to have the refund as soon as possible because of my need to having a PC.
