Product: Pavillion Gaming

The keys will only work if I'm tabbed on spotify, but not when I game. It just does a certain action in the game. Can you please help me

@SkittleJuice , welcome to the Community.

 

I believe that you would get more help if you go to Spotify's Customer Support.  They are the experts on the app.  It is most likely a conflict with a driver or other software.  I don't believe that it is a hardware problem.
