After a factory reset from best buy my HP Omen laptops framerates went from 80-120 fps to 30-61 fps. I dont understand how that happened. I would really really appreciate all the help I can get.  Thank You

  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
  • Did Best Buy installed retailer windows version?
  • What is the operating system?
  • Have you tried changing the display settings?
  • Have you informed Best Buy regarding this issue?
