HP Omen 15 DC1025cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So, my laptop went outta warranty a few months back, before the warranty got over my laptop had one hell of a heating issue, where even using browsers would go to temperatures like 80 degrees. So I claimed for a service then, and they changed my thermal pads and the cooling pipes. The issue was resolved. But after a few months ( which is now ) I am starting to see the laptop heating up again. Earlier when I was using softwares like AutoCad just after the repair the temps were around 50 degrees but now the temps are touching 70s, and I'm afraid this will increase if I continuously use my laptop for work. Please help, and don't give me tips like the Virtual Agent, I've tried em all and none of them worked till date.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
This sounds like hardware related issue with the computer and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically.  HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/

Why can't you guys fix it properly in the first time so that it lasts for a while?

Please look into this..
