Product: HP Omen 17-an1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, my HP Omen 17 an1xx laptop was fixed after BIOS update, until a month later it came back and froze again like the first time when I bought this 2 months ago... even with and without charge. How?
