Hi! 

When I turned On my Laptop its screen turns red with white vertical lines, sometimes into multicolor, but after some attempts of restart and stand by its started working fine.

I have checked with the external display that working perfectly fine.

 

Kindly let me know what will be the issue Is its Screen or screen Cable?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • When was the last time it worked without these issues?
  • Have you updated Graphics and Chipset drivers?

Let’s try these steps to resolve the problem:

I recommend you attempt to access the BIOS screen by tapping on F10 while the computer is restarting, 

If the issue persists in the BIOS screen which is outside windows, it would confirm a hardware failure.

thank you for your reply.

I have checked in Bios it happens the same. But after some time or restarting 05 to 10 times, it works perfectly fine. I have attached the second monitor through HDMI it never happens on that second display.

i think its capacitor problem in the screen if you take it to professional fixer if he change the broken capacitor the screen will go back to work normal just let the laptop on for a while the capacitor warms and it will function properly. no need to open and close pc
