When I leave the screen on for a short break, I get some errors and showing green squares all over the screen, it will go when I move the mouse, what might be this issue?

To assist you better, what model HP Computer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

 

Kindly send a picture of the screen with the error in your next post.

 

For now, install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant. 
  2. Check for updates. 
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.  

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.

Also, check for any pending windows update. Reboot the computer.
