Hp Omen 17 an023tx

Hello,

I bought a Hp Omen 17 an023tx a year ago and ever since i bought it i have faced many difficulties, this is my 3rd laptop as my 1st and the 2nd one was sent back to the factory because it had Hardware issues. Back to my current one, it had ran fine but a few weeks ago i noticed a massive performance drop. I am a streamer so i should know when my Performance drops because Streaming and Playing Games at the same time will take a major toll on the Laptop, anyways i used to be able to stream at 1920x1080p 60FPS with my Games running at high FPS like "Fortnite" for example i used to be able to run the game at 240+FPS on all parts of the map while streaming at superb quality just fine. Now in the other hand i still stream at the1920x1080p 60FPS, but my game FPS has now dropped to around 50 FPS at the densely populated areas with buildings and 130 FPS on an area with little buildings while streaming. If you didn't know my Laptop  Specs are:

- Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2808 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)

- (RAM) 16.0 GB

- (GPU) Nvidia GTX 1070 8GDDR5

- (Hard Drive) 1TB

Anyways back to the topic. During Christmas of 2018 i bought Black Ops 4 and when i launched it, settings were automatically set to all Ultra and i was running at 40-50FPS, so i reduced the settings to all low and my FPS dropped to 20-30FPS. I instantly refunded the game as it was unplayable so i would like to know what the issue is with my Laptop.

Also sometimes when i am playing my Laptop would randomly crash and also when i am playing sometimes my FPS would dip all the way to 5 FPS for like 5 seconds then back up again.

 

Please Help Me!
