Hp Omen 17

My hp omen is about 1 years old . It was perfectly working . Today I opened my laptop ( hp omen gtx 1070 , 17inc , 120hz and i dont know the exact name of it ) and i was listining songs and i opened CS:GO ( a popular video game ) and when i opened the game not even a minute later my pc turned off. I thought it crashed or something else so i didn't worry that much but when i tried to open it, it didn't open. I hold the power button about a minute or so but it didn't work. I looked if the charger was working but i couldn't see the tiny light next to the charging station because normally there would be a tiny light that shows you if the charger is working or not ( even if the laptop is closed as long as the charger is pluged in there is a tiny circle that lights up ). So i waited about 2 hours and i tried to power it up again but i didn't work. Im 15 years old so im afraid to open the back of it with a screwdriver but as long as someone says that its ok i'll open it and try to do something. Please Help me 😕 (the laptop turned off without any signs and it didn't say " Your Pc is shutting down" like it was a matter of time when i saw the black screen and im still trying to get it open).

@LsBlack
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

This sounds like hardware related issue with the computer as it's not powering on even after performing relevant troubleshooting steps.

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/

Note: Disconnect all the connected devices from the computer including power cord and try to turn it back on after few hours or a day sometimes this fixes the issue.

Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance. Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
