Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I push the keyboard backlight key the backlight doesn't activate. I've tried numerous combinations of keys, however nothing worked. it was fine for a while then just stopped working and I have no clue why. Could anyone help ?
