I have been having this problem for few weeks now and i cant seem to find any solution for this.
As i was have this problem my laptop I think it led to cause another problem with Omen Command Center. My system vitals are completely off.

Please totally uninstall OCC then use Windows Store, search for Omen Command Center and Get it
Note: The images are too bad, I can't see the error code, could be something to do with Windows 10.
