Product: Hp Pavilion Gaming Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I Just recently bought a HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop less then 2 weeks ago.  I had it set up plugged in and charging for a day and have been using it when it was plugged in.  Today when I got up to unplug it it shut down completely.  I plugged it back into the charger and it didn't turn on or state it was charging what so ever.  Looked in both the charging ports from the computer and from the ac cord no damage to either. I looked up my warranty and it said it expired back in may but I just got it Last month.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
