My OCC only shows game stream.

Hi there. so i just bought my omen a while ago and although it had windows 10 on it, i do think that it was freedos at first and the market i bought it from installed it, since i found a opened windows case in the box with my laptop. and there was no omen command center on it so i downloaded it from the microsoft store and it worked fine for a wile but at some point there was only game stream avaliable on it. so i tried everything and was looking for an answer here and also i triend reinstaling and directly installing it from hp site but still didnt help.. then i reinstalled my windows 10 and it worked fine again only for a while and now the same story as before. So if anyone has any clue what is wrong, I would be happy to try it out. I also tought that since my omen is the newer moder that maybe there is no occ that could support it yet but since it already worked once i dont know..

Here are a couple of things to try. Let me know if this helps or not...

You have version 6.2.3.0 of the Omen command center installed, correct?

Go to Services and make sure the HP Omen HSA is enabled...

Next...

Go to Device Manager... Type Device Manager in Search and hit the Enter key.

Scroll to Software Components and expand the arrow.

Right-click HP Software and Services, and then click Properties.

Navigate to the Driver tab and click Update Driver.

Do the same for Omen Software and Services.

Restart the OCC and see if anything happens.

Yes that is the correct version of my occ. I have tried all the things you have listed and none of them works. i have tried updating all the drivers but they are all updated, but when i tried starting hp omen HSA service i get error 2 message. (The system cannot find the file specified).

All I can do is report it. You are not the only one with this problem.

When  I hear of the fix, I will let you know.
