Hi. It's been about a week that my laptop has started randomly shutting down. I didn't change or update anything that I know of. I've run all sorts of tests on the Hardware Diagnostics tool, and only the battery fails (I have it always plugged in because of that). I tried removing the battery to test, and it still shut down, so I'm assuming it's not the battery. It shuts down more often when I'm actively working on it (I use it for design work rather than gaming), but it also shuts down when left alone. It doesn't seem to be overheating. I'm at a loss about what might be causing it. After it shuts down, it won't power up immediately. It will start powering up, then shut down again after a second or so. If I leave it alone for several minutes, it starts up again no problem. Any help appreciated!
