I have a Omen Laptop - 15 - ek0013dx and recently I had to re install windows because of a Boot issue. But when I looked on my device and drivers on file explorer, it said that I only have 27 GB max.

Hi:
Looking at the product specs for your notebook, it comes with a 512 GB Intel SSD with built in Optane memory.
OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0013dx Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
It may be possible that you installed Windows on the wrong partition containing the 32 GB Intel Optane memory cache.
What I recommend you do is to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

You can also read this document for how to clean install Windows on one of those type SSD's if the Cloud recovery tool-created software doesn't work for some reason.
