Hi @Mahendar010

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It sounds like your Victus 15 gaming laptop is experiencing a power issue.

Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Disconnect the power adapter and remove any external devices.
  • Press and hold the power button for about 15-20 seconds to drain residual power.
  • Reconnect the power adapter and try turning on the laptop.

Check the Charger and Battery:

  • Ensure the charger is properly connected and check for any visible damage to the cable or adapter.
  • If the battery is removable, try removing it and powering the laptop directly through the charger.

Inspect for Overheating:

  • Overheating can cause laptops to shut down and refuse to start. Let the laptop cool down for a while before attempting to turn it on again.

BIOS Recovery:

  • Disconnect the power adapter.
  • Press and hold the Windows + B keys simultaneously, then press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds.
  • Release the power button while continuing to hold the Windows + B keys until you hear beeping sounds or see a BIOS recovery screen.

Test with External Monitor:

  • If the laptop powers on but the screen remains blank, connect it to an external monitor to check if the issue is with the display.

I have tried all of them except the External Moniter one. All of them didn't work.

And I can't confirm when the laptop randomly turned of it definitely was not at all hot.

The external monitor will not work be cause when I press the power button and the laptop does not reach the booting process.

The power button just blinks once and turn the light on it off

The light is on for 1 sec
